Shaky ShipIt Logistics – Terms & Conditions
By using Shaky ShipIt Logistics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Shipping Services
Shaky ShipIt Logistics provides international freight forwarding and package handling services from overseas to Jamaica. We act as a logistics facilitator and not the seller of goods.
2. Pricing & Charges
All shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, volume, and selected shipping method. Rates are subject to change due to airline, carrier, or customs adjustments. Additional fees such as handling, storage, customs duties, and compliance charges may apply.
3. Payments
All invoices must be paid in full before packages are released for pickup or delivery. Unpaid packages will not be released under any circumstances.
4. Customs & Duties
Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or government charges assessed by Jamaican Customs. Shaky ShipIt Logistics has no control over these fees.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not ship illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or restricted items. If a shipment is seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or authorities, Shaky ShipIt Logistics is not responsible.
6. Storage Fees
Customers are given a limited free storage period after their package arrives. Storage fees will apply after the free period expires. Uncollected packages may be disposed of after extended non-payment.
7. Delivery & Pickup
Customers must collect packages at the designated pickup location or through approved delivery services. Identification and invoice payment may be required.
8. Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by airlines, customs inspections, weather, or overseas carriers are outside of our control.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
Shaky ShipIt Logistics is not responsible for manufacturer defects or damage caused by overseas carriers. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of pickup. Compensation is limited to the declared value of the shipment.
10. Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time and may be limited to one use per customer.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Shaky ShipIt Logistics reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms.
